Job description:
- Assistance to the Store Manager in running the restaurant business
- Preparation of make-to-order Koykan products
- Food handling and preparation of finished products
- Taking care of the operation and hygiene of the restaurant
- Management, coordination and education of the shift team (kitchen, bar)
- Food control: storage, expiration dates, correctness, quantity of stock
- Taking care of the restaurant’s profitability in a shift
- Caring for customer satisfaction during the shift
- Proactive branch development
- Cooperation on menu development and standardization
- Direct cooperation with the management of the group
