Some moments in this journey feel simple, but important. Opening our second Koykan store in Czechia is one of those moments \u2014 a quiet confirmation that the work in providing premium food with fair prices makes sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With \u010cern\u00fd Most location now live, we close this year’s expansion across three countries. Koykan grows to 8 restaurants<\/strong>, with 5 more signed and being built<\/strong> in different stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the next 12 months, our group revenue will reach a minimum of \u20ac6.5M<\/strong>, which is 230% growth compared to 2025<\/strong>, and we expect to achieve around \u20ac1.2M in EBITDA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re building next chapters around smart operations, a digital\u2011first strategy, a scalable business model and a community\u2011driven brand. Right now, we\u2019re receiving around 5 franchise applications per week<\/strong>, and our target is to open at least 6 franchise locations in 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the capital deployment side, we\u2019re preparing a model for next year to ensure no new debt for building corporate stores<\/strong>, with expansion driven through AIFs and franchise partners<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a good moment \u2014 one worth sharing. And as promised on 365weeks.com<\/a><\/strong>, the writing about challenges is coming too. But today, I\u2019ll allow myself to enjoy the small win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
