Zemljane nijanse predstavljaju hranu iz razli\u010ditih dijelova svijeta te rade distancu od dosada\u0161nje zelene, koja lako mo\u017ee dovesti do zablude da se radi isklju\u010divo veganskoj hrano. Iako svaki segment Koykanove ponude uklju\u010duje i veganske varijante. Koykan Arena ve\u0107 je dobio svoj makeover koji garantira da ne\u0107e pro\u0107i nezamije\u0107eno, a novi logo je u punom sjaju zablistao na \u0161anku za narud\u017ebe, ukra\u0161enom drvenim motivima. Jo\u0161 jedan industrial detalj koji privla\u010di pa\u017enju je zid oblo\u017een bijelim ciglama, koji suptilno podi\u017ee dojam na novu razinu. U cijelom restoranu prevladava bijela boja, koja dodatno pridonosi osje\u0107aju mirno\u0107e i poziva na u\u017eivanje u najva\u017enijem trenutku dana. Na mjestu gdje se nekad nalazila plo\u010da s menijem sada se nalazi moderni digital menu board sa slikama i ponudom jela. Novitet su i digitalni kiosci, na kojima gosti mogu naru\u010diti jedno od dostupnih 115 jela, od teriyaki grilled chicken bowla s istoka, preko prosciutto cotto piadine s juga pa sve do cheese &amp; bacon burgera sa zapada, u svega par poteza.
