Job description:
- Preparation of make-to-order Koykan products
- Food handling and preparation of finished products
- Taking care of the operation and hygiene of the restaurant
- Management, coordination and education of the team (kitchen, bar)
- Food control: storage, expiration dates, correctness, stock quantity
- Responsibility for the restaurant’s profitability
- Coordination of local store marketing activities
- Proactive business development
- Cooperation on menu development and standardisation
- Direct cooperation with the management of the group
